Z-Stack Imaging & Auto-Focusing: Faster with Piezo Focus Motor Drive Nanopositioners and Voice Coil Motors
PIFOC focus drive motors and nanopositioners for microscopy and metrology are piezo-motor and voice coil-motor actuated Z-scanners that achieve typically 10 times higher focusing speed & precision than stepper motor stages and thus provide higher-quality images faster. They are used in high performance metrology, auto-focusing and scanning applicatoins.

Moving / Scanning the Objective
The compact, light and stiff lens / objective scanner design provides very fast response and does not disturb the sample.
